If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 15 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn't used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

Deposits of $100.00 + HST, unless otherwise specified, for hair extension services are non-refundable if you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.
There are absolutely no refunds on hair extension services and/or products, such as any type of hair extensions, once the package is opened or the extensions are applied/installed, whether by our technicians/stylists or by yourself.
The deposit of $200.00 + HST is non-refundable, and this deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid off in full five days before the course start date. If a participant has not paid the fees in full within a given term, their registration will be canceled, and no refund or credit will be issued.
Participants are eligible for a full refund if the course canceled by the Jessica Hair Extensions or if the participant makes a cancellation request within 48 hours of registration. We will not refund or give credit for any missed class session, or cancellations requests made 48 hours after the registration. We are not responsible for any missed classes. They will not be refunded or exchanged for other courses, services, or products.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Jessica Hair Extensions.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
